Chairman’s Report:

I feel very honoured, but also a little apprehensive, at having been appointed Chair of the Trustees, in succession to John Banbury who has had such an illustrious track record with the Friends.

When many charities are struggling, we find ourselves in the fortunate position of having over 220 members, and healthy finances which allow us to fund exciting and meaningful investments in the Museum. Our monthly talks continue to be well-attended, both in-person and on-line, thanks to the fascinating and eclectic mix of topics in our programme.
